CEO – J. THOMAS DOWLING has over 42 years of hands-on construction experience in all types of building construction throughout multiple states.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
During Tom’s career he successfully completed in excess of $100,000,000 in construction contracts, including over 600 residential units. Tom focuses on continual research and development to uphold his environmentally green vision by producing energy efficiency and structurally sound products. Continually overseeing multiple projects, Tom presents environmentally responsible building systems to a variety of clients.
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT – J.T. DOWLING has 30 years of hands-on experience in many types of residential, retail, and commercial construction. He is responsible for coordination of all field operations. JT is a certified general contractor in multiple states, delivering professional and ethical practices in all areas of construction. Building strong client relationships are important to JT, focusing on their vision and understanding their needs and interests. To deliver a successful project, JT focuses on navigating challenging and unforeseen construction obstacles by estimating solutions.
VICE PRESIDENT – IAN FLOYD graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a combat veteran of the US Army. Ian is a dynamic and results-driven Project Management Professional with 12+ years’ experience delivering optimal results in high-growth environments that exceed operational goals and yield measurable outcomes. Ian delivers strong strategic, operational success by leading with an eye on cost reduction, tactical planning, and productivity gain while executing revenue growth strategies to achieve organizational success.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS – J. PATRICK DOWNEY, Jr. has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Certificate in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University. He has 30 Years of Experience in Engineering, Financial Planning, Mortgage Banking, Real Estate, Marketing and Sales.
